Delete your data
Battleia by Tanvir Mahin
Battleia stores a profile on our server when you use an online feature: your callsign, progress (level, XP, coins, gems, unlocked items), match stats, synced preferences and, if you connected it, your Google Play Games link. Local Wi-Fi games store nothing on our server. Here is how to delete your online profile and everything linked to it.
Option 1: in the app (instant)
- Open Battleia.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to the Online section and tap Delete my online data.
- Confirm. Your data is deleted from our server straight away.
Option 2: by email
If you no longer have the app, email tanvirmahin24@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Battleia data. Include your callsign (shown in Settings → Account; callsigns are unique). We delete matching data within 30 days and confirm by email. Because profiles are pseudonymous, we may ask a question to make sure we delete the right one.
What is deleted
- Your online profile: player ID, callsign, color, equipped look and the access tokens of every device.
- Your progress: level, XP, coins, gems and unlocked items. Gems you bought are deleted too and cannot be restored.
- Your synced preferences and the link to your Google Play Games account, if you connected one.
- Your lifetime stats (kills, deaths, wins, matches) and your rows in match history.
- The link between you and any rooms you hosted.
What is kept
- Anonymous totals such as the overall number of matches played, which cannot identify you.
- Records of gem purchases (Google Play order ID, product, gems, purchase token, time and test flag), which accounting and tax laws require us to keep for up to 7 years. They are no longer linked to your profile. Google Play keeps its own record of your purchases.
- Server security logs, which expire within 30 days.
- Settings stored on your phone stay there until you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
Automatic deletion
Profiles that have not been used for 2 years are deleted automatically, together with their stats. Purchase records are deleted after 7 years.
