Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Tanvir Mahin ("we", "us") for the Battleia app and its online services (together, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the online features. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Battleia on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent or sublicense the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows this despite this restriction.

4. Online profiles

Online features use an anonymous profile stored on our server and unlocked by a token kept on your device. You are responsible for activity from your device. If you delete the app or your online data, the profile cannot be recovered. Local Wi-Fi and bot matches work without a profile.

5. Fair play and conduct

When you use the Service you agree not to:

• use names that are hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, impersonate someone, or are otherwise offensive;
• harass, threaten or bully other players;
• cheat, use modified clients, automation or exploits to gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate match results or leaderboards;
• attack, overload, probe or disrupt our servers or other players' devices, or bypass rate limits;
• use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may rename, hide or remove profiles, results or rooms that break these rules, and may block access to online features.

6. Player names

Your display name is the only content you create on the Service. You keep any rights you have in it and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it in the game and on our website for as long as your profile exists. We may automatically replace names that look abusive.

7. Reporting

To report a player name, cheating or abuse, email tanvirmahin24@gmail.com with the player name, the room code if you have it, and the approximate time. We review reports and act on them.

8. Our content

The game, its code, art, sound, music, names and logos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it.

9. Purchases and ads

Battleia is free to play and has no ads. You can buy gems, an in-game currency, through Google Play, which processes the payment under its own terms. Gems and the items you unlock with them are a limited license to use content in the game: they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or moved to another profile. Purchases are final, except where the law or Google Play's refund policies give you a refund. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the gems it added are removed from your profile. Gems belong to your online profile: deleting your online data deletes them, and they cannot be restored.

10. Changes and availability

We may update the game, change or end online features, or take servers down for maintenance. We try to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will always be online, error free or compatible with every device.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profiles or progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your online data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections 8, 11, 12 and 14 continue after the agreement ends.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell players in the app or on this website. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
